Process Improvement Services: Grounded in Reality Approach

Our approach to process improvement is designed to be result-oriented, reality-based, and value-added. The approach is supported by our CAM method and implemented incrementally.

The CAM Method

The CAM method can be illustrated by the diagram below:

The CAM method is used by Fortune 500 companies as well as small and medium sized organizations, with successful results in assisting organizations in institutionalizing their processes solidly and efficiently. Use of the CAM method, supplemented by a CAM tool, are packaged in ISRI's process improvement services.

The Incremental Approach

Our method offers the incremental approach to process improvement as the most logical way to build organizational process assets as realistic, practical, and effective. We implement the approach with following elements:

  • A prioritized backlog of process improvement action items.
  • Short improvement cycles with fixed days.
  • Improvement rhythm set by Cycle Planning Meetings, Daily Improvement Meetings, and Improvement Milestone Review Meetings.

ISRI's process improvement services will provide the skill sets necessary to organizations to bind these elements together, allowing our CAM method to work seamlessly.
